Sister Washburn is getting transferred, so I'm taking over the area tomorrow. As you probs know I cried, but what is new? I am really freaking out because I know like 5 people here. Ok more than 5 but you get the picture. I am very not ready. Sister Washburn is going to be an STL though!! that is very exciting. I am so excited for her! she is going to do amazing things.
so this week.. well Monday I got hit in the head like 12 times with basketballs while we were playing #sports. So probs have a concussion.
Tuesday I went to Stillwater on exchanges, and well sorry to tell you this now mom, but there was totally a tornado like 2 miles away and it was crazy! I will send pictures next week. My camera died, but Hermana Ryan took video and pictures of us freaking out
Wednesday I caught a chicken with my bare hands. Very proud about that. We were doing service at the Newlands, and they have chickens, and she said that If I could catch one she would give me extra dessert after lunch, so basically my only motivation is food.. haha
Thursday we had a really full day. We were able to talk to a lot of people. I OYMed all by myself!! So I am feeling pretty good about myself lately.
Saturday we helped the Laws move, You can move like 10 miles away and still be in the same ward, and it blows my mind.
The other day a man in the ward asked me If i was homesick and I said "every day" and he said "I wouldn't expect anything less, but remember the work you are doing here is changing lives, so your family can spare you for a little of theirs" it's hard, but so worth it.
Sunday we got transfer calls, and severe thunderstorms
